Accessibility statement

This statement was last updated on May 20, 2026.

At SEEN by Melrose, we're committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities. We believe a clear, usable online experience should be available to everyone, and we work to improve accessibility across our site on an ongoing basis. This statement is provided in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and reflects our commitment to digital accessibility for all visitors.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved through the capabilities of the system the site is operating on, and through assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA.

As part of this effort, we have also worked to support assistive technologies and inclusive browsing by:

  • Using Wix accessibility tools to identify and address potential accessibility issues

  • Setting the language of the site

  • Setting logical content order across pages

  • Defining clear heading structures on the site's pages

  • Adding alternative text to images where appropriate

  • Implementing color combinations that meet required contrast guidelines

  • Reducing the use of motion where possible

  • Working to ensure videos, audio, and downloadable files are accessible (when used)

Declaration of partial compliance due to third-party content

Some pages may include third-party content (such as embedded scheduling tools, maps, or social media feeds) that we do not control. Where this occurs, accessibility may be partially dependent on those third-party platforms.

If you encounter an issue with third-party content on our site, please let us know and we'll do our best to provide an accessible alternative or workaround.
