Refund Policy

This statement was last updated on May 20, 2026.

We're committed to delivering a site you're proud of. Here's how we handle the details—and what happens if things change along the way.

Our commitment to you

When you book a project with SEEN by Melrose, you’re investing in a partnership. We reserve your timeline, dive deep into your business, and build a site that reflects who you are. This policy outlines how we protect that investment—for both of us.

By booking a project with SEEN by Melrose, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Deposits and project payments

Deposits are non-refundable. They reserve your project timeline and cover our planning, strategy, onboarding, and initial research.

Once a project begins, all work completed is billable. This includes strategy sessions, design iterations, copy refinement, setup, and technical implementation. Payment for completed work is non-refundable.

Payment terms are outlined in your proposal. We typically require full payment to reserve your spot (especially for time-sensitive projects like weddings or events), or a deposit plus milestone structure for larger projects. Your proposal will be clear about which applies to you.

Revisions and getting it right

We build revision rounds into every package so we can refine until it feels right.

  • SEEN Stealer: 1–3 revisions included

  • SEEN Signature: revisions included; scope outlined in your proposal

  • SEEN Concierge: revisions included; scope outlined in your proposal, plus 6 months of ongoing care (SEEN Pulse and Polish)

  • SEEN Essentials: 2 revisions included

If something isn’t landing, let’s talk. Revisions are collaborative—we want you to feel confident in your site. If you need adjustments after your included revisions are used, we’ll quote additional rounds separately.

Timeline for requests: revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

What if your needs change?

Life happens. If your business direction shifts mid-project or you need to pause, we’re open to a conversation.

Additional scope beyond your agreed package will be quoted separately.

Project cancellation: you’re responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any committed production time. If you’ve pre-paid beyond completed work, we’ll review the account and may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any non-refundable deposit and third-party costs already incurred.

Third-party services and platform fees

SEEN by Melrose does not provide refunds for third-party costs, including but not limited to:

  • Wix plans, domains, and business email

  • Apps, plugins, or integrations

  • Hosting, payment processors, or other software subscriptions

  • Any services purchased directly by you or on your behalf

These services are purchased directly by you and are governed by each provider’s refund policy.

Care plans and ongoing services

For ongoing services (SEEN Pulse, SEEN Polish, social scheduling, email, SEO, or paid ads), service fees are billed in advance for the service period and are non-refundable once the service period begins.

Cancellation: you may cancel future renewals by providing written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. If you’d prefer to pause instead of cancel, let’s talk.

Mid-cycle changes: if you need to adjust your service level mid-month or mid-quarter, we’ll prorate fairly and apply credits to your next billing cycle where possible.

Questions or concerns?

If something doesn’t feel right or you have questions about your project or invoice, we want to hear from you. Reach out and let’s sort it out together.
